Denleigh has successfully transitioned to ISO9001:2015 quality management system and achieved UKAS certification.
Since achieving our ISO9001:2008 UKAS certification for our quality management system and procedures, we have been transitioning to the ISO9001:2015 standard. The 2015 standard, whilst retaining the quality principles of the 2008 standard, puts greater emphasis on the leadership's and company's commitment to quality, with a risk based approach to business and sustainability, and more focus on measuring quality at input and output.
Our ISO9001 quality management system provides clients with assurance of our long term commitment to provide reliable products and services, as the purpose of the system is to achieve high customer satisfaction.
The external auditors, Alcumus ISOQAR, who assessed the whole system ranging from the business strategy, risk register and quality policy through to management review, internal audits along with corrective and preventive action, where impressed with the business’ strategic approach to quality management and its operational compliance with the quality management system.
